How it Works
- Purchase the part and submit payment.
- Orders will be shipped the
same business day if payment confirmation and shipping instructions are
received from PayPal by 3 PM central time

UPS Ground
shipping WITHIN the United States is included in your purchase.

Provide us with your UPS Account# to ship collect if you require faster shipping services such as (Next Day Air, 2nd Day etc.)

If you wish to send in your original unit as exchange, make sure we receive it within 14 days from original purchase date.

Package your part (with plenty of packing material to prevent shipping damage) and ship it to us

We will evaluate the exchange part within 2 business days after receiving and will refund the credit.

If the exchange unit is damaged or not economically repairable, we may offer partial credit only.
RETURNS

7 days return policy on All Items unless otherwise stated.

All items are subject to a 30% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund.

All items being returned are expected to arrive in original purchasing condition or damages will be deducted from your refund.

Please use original packaging when returning your purchase.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges.

Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured for full value by buyer.
- Buyer is responsible for any loss or damage.

Please insure your return shipment for full value; if your item is lost during shipment you may not receive a refund.

After your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund (generally within 5 business days of receiving the return)

Any damage to the part or missing/damaged covers, case could result in reduced or loss of refund.
Warranty
is 12
Month
Customer must contact KFASLLC for all warranty concerns.
- All warranty periods begin at date of purchase
and are backed by a 12-month warranty.
- All Repair parts must be returned for warranty
evaluation.
- Part purchases with failures occurring within
the first 30 days of the warranty period are eligible to receive replacement
via the same method as original shipment by UPS.
- Warranty replacement depends on stock
quantities.
- KFASLLC must receive the possible warranty
part for evaluation within 7 business days of Buyer receiving the
replacement part to receive warranty credit. Buyer is responsible for
the return shipment of the part via UPS GND.
- If the possible warranty is not returned,
Buyer is responsible for all charges.
- Once part is returned and evaluated, either:
- KFASLLC confirms valid warranty fault. Full
purchase price plus shipping cost is refunded to Buyer if a 30 day
replacement part was charged to the customer.
- KFASLLC confirms part is a No Problem Found, (NPF).
Buyer is responsible for restock charges (see restocking and exchanges). If
Buyer requests return of NPF part, Buyer is responsible for shipping
charges.
- If KFASLLC confirms the part is not covered
under warranty, buyer has option to: Repair (Buyer responsible for repair
cost and return shipping), or Purchase or exchange if applicable
SPECIAL NOTES ON CONTROL
PACKAGESFanuc
CNC controls are custom configured by each machine tool builder to suit their
particular needs.
Therefore, you can not order a surplus control and simply
"drop in" to replace your non-functioning control no matter how
they may look similar.
Returns are NOT accepted on the control packages.
KFASLLC
can assist you with troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing necessary parts on
your control.
