Fanuc ALARM SV0444 aiSV-B AL-1

Alarm SV0444 Fanuc 0iF or 31iB and AL-1 on aiSV-B means,
the internal cooling fan in the servo amplifier has stopped (alarm code 1).
The speed of the internal cooling fan in the servo amplifier has decelerated (blinking alarm code 1).

Cause and troubleshooting

(a) Check the Diagnostics 1711 of the corresponding axis to see if the control is registering the fan movement (speed rpm)

(b) Check whether there is any foreign material in the fan.
(c) Check that the fan connector is attached correctly.
(d) Replace the fan motor. Check here if you need help determining fan part number.

(e) Be sure to push the faceplate (control printed circuit board) as far as it will go.

(e) If the problem persists, replace the servo amplifier.
