SV0606 and SP9133 alarm on Fanuc 30iB and 0iF control with A06B-6200 series Alpha i-B amplifiers (Fanuc Manual B-65285EN)

Alarm Code 10 AL-10 on PSM i-B (SV0606, SP9113)

An abnormal condition has been detected in the external cooling fan.
- Check the rotation of the external cooling fan of the PSM.
- Check that the external (radiator) cooling fan is correctly installed.
Check that the heat sink/ radiator fins of the PSM is free from dust and contamination and clean as necessary
- The control printed circuit board is not correctly attached.
If the problem continues to persist after the above checks, Replace the Power Supply Module.
