advantages include
The energy efficient solution with power source regeneration and low loss power
devices.
• Modular structure with α PSM (power supply), α SPM (spindle
amplifier), and α SVM (servo amplifier)
• Compact amplifier unit for 1 spindle & 3 axes
• Built-in Leakage Detection function
• Safe Torque Off function in servo and spindle amplifier
• Equipped with both the
external and internal cooling fans for effective operation
• 75/100kW spindle amplifier (400V) with high-efficiency SIC (silicon carbide)
power circuit available
• Various power supply modules α PSM with sinusoidal input –
stabilized DC link
• SSM modules for voltage protection of spindle and servo amplifier
Spindle amplifier module (SPM)
The spindle amplifier module (SPM) is used to drive a spindle motor.
A SPM is selected according to the spindle motor connected to the SPM.
There are three types of spindle amplifier module, as follows:
<1> Spindle amplifier module (SPM) This module drives a spindle motor of
the 200-V input series.
<2> Spindle amplifier module (SPMC) This module drives the αCi series
spindle motor.
<3> Spindle amplifier module (SPM-HV) This module drives a spindle motor
of the 400V input series.
SPM - x HV i
(A) (B) (C)
(A) Model name:
SPM = Spindle amplifier module
SPMC= Spindle amplifier module applied to spindle αCi series
(B) Output: Numeric value representing the 30-minutes rating of a matching
standard motor (αi) in kW
(C) For an amplifier supporting 400-V input, "HV" is added.
